Refund Policy

Digital products are a bit different from physical ones. Once files have been downloaded, we can't take them back — so please read this before reaching out.

01 — The Short Version

All sales are final once a plugin or sample pack has been downloaded. If you haven't downloaded anything yet and something went wrong, get in touch quickly — we'll do our best to help.

02 — Accidental Purchases

Bought something by mistake and haven't downloaded it yet? You may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Just contact us at support@belterbox.eu with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout

We'll get back to you within 48 hours.

03 — Technical Issues

Running into problems? Don't request a refund — contact us first. We'll get you sorted.
Technical issues on supported systems and DAWs are not considered valid grounds for a refund. We'd rather fix it.

04 — Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 48 hours of approval. Allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear in your account.
